What must happen before live reads

Approve the exact Open Dental User Query or report exports Kay OS may ingest.
Confirm exports are SELECT-only or standard reports and include only minimum necessary fields.
Confirm exports are saved only to the protected local KayOS import folder.
Confirm no exported PHI is committed to GitHub, OneDrive, screenshots, chat, or logs.
For future automation, approve the official Open Dental API/eConnector path and issue Kay OS-specific keys.

Bridge Workaround

Safe export bridge

Use authorized Open Dental report/User Query exports as the V1 bridge. The bridge is not Google Sheets, does not write to Open Dental, and can be refreshed whenever a new approved export is placed in the private import folder.
